We don’t usually do fancy dinners, but it’s good to bust out every now and then — herbed cream cheese, smoked salmon, tomato and spinach stuffed in crepes with a bean salad and fresh bread.

cover image for Ficciones My first hands on with Borges... Absolutely amazing. So far beyond what I've been reading lately (mainly non-fiction and some late 20th century authors). As with Faulkner, I find it shocking that I was given an undergraduate degree in English without having read Borges. That simply should not be allowed. Everything I was expecting and so much more.
